Welcome to Woodlawn.  Our community of forty-five individual patio homes is nestled in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona.

Featuring a single entrance, our streets are quiet and free of the traffic conjestion that haunts many city neighborhoods; yet we live within walking distance of shopping centers, schools, restaurants, gas stations, hardware and specialty shops, and a variety of fast food, convenience markets and discount stores.

Woodlawn is directly accessible to the city bus line, a little over a mile from Interstate 17, and only 2.7 miles from the new light rail system.

In addition to fully autonomous living with large back yards, personalized patio areas, and individual two car carports, our community features a large swimming pool, tennis court, grassy common areas and separate, controlled RV parking.

Our efficient Homeowner Association is progressive and self-managed, resulting in HOA fees among the lowest available anywhere; yet our professionally manicured common areas are among the most beautiful in the valley.
